General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the terms and conditions of the provision of ViVeSec Box products and related services distributed by ViVeTech Plc. to business customers (B2B). The website is for informational purposes only - specific purchases are always made on the basis of a written contract.

2. Scope of the GTC
The current version of the GTC will be published on the vivesecbox.com website. The amendments will enter into force within 30 days of publication. The version in force at the time of conclusion applies to ongoing contracts.
3. Request for quotation and conclusion of contract
The offers published on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding contractual offer. The specific conditions are included in an individual written offer, which ViVeTech Plc. will prepare within 2 working days of contacting you.
The contract is concluded with the formal signature of the parties.
4. Pricing and payment
ViVeSec Box business model: one-time hardware CAPEX + annual license fee. Exact amounts depend on configuration and are included in the individual offer.
Payment terms: 100% advance payment upon ordering, the invoice is issued by the exclusive main distributor XXL Saleshouse Kft. and also manages the entire service process. Different terms may be included in the individual contract.
5. Delivery and installation
Standard delivery time: 1–2 weeks after order (within the EU). On-site installation is performed by XXL Saleshouse Kft., as the exclusive Main Distributor or its contracted, official partner. Installation time is typically 30 minutes.
6. Warranty and support
Hardware replacement warranty: 3 years, optionally extendable to 5 years.
ViVeSec license includes: firmware updates, security patches, L1 remote support (EU business hours). Higher level support (L2/L3, 24/7) is available under a separate SLA agreement.
7. Liability
XXL Saleshouse Kft., as the exclusive Main Distributor, is liable for hardware and software deficiencies existing on the day of handover, within the framework of the current Hungarian Civil Code and the relevant EU regulations.
ViVeSec Box offers the most advanced ransomware protection we know of, but due to the nature of cybersecurity, 100% protection cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to properly operate the protection systems and comply with applicable internal policies.
8. Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall primarily resolve disputes through negotiation. In the event of failure – depending on the value threshold – the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kecskemét District Court or the Bács-Kiskun County Court is stipulated.
