(hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and relevant domestic legislation. The following information applies to visitors and contacts of the vivesecbox.com website.

2. Scope of processed data
When using the website, we process the following data:
- Request for quotation form: name, email, phone number, company, message content
- Partner application: contact name, company, country, website, message
- Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, time of visit
- Cookie identifiers: only based on your consent (see Cookie Policy)
3. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Processing of request for quotation: preparation for conclusion of contract (GDPR Article 6 (1) b)
Marketing communication: only based on your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6 (1) a)
Website analysis (anonymous): legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6 (1) f) – development of the interface
4. Retention period
Request for quotation data: 24 months from the date of contact, unless a contract is concluded (in which case, according to accounting obligations, 8 years).
Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
Technical logs: 12 months.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access to your processed data (request a copy)
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of data processing
- Data portability – in machine-readable format
- Objection to data processing for marketing purposes
- Withdrawal of consent (processing prior to withdrawal is not affected)

6. Data transfer
We will only transfer your personal data to the following data processors: hosting provider (data center within the EU), email sending provider, CRM system operator. We will not transfer data to a third country (outside the EU).
7. Data security
ViVeTech Plc. uses industry standards for data protection: TLS 1.3 encrypted data transmission, RBAC-based access control, regular security audits. We also apply the ViVeSec Box architecture to ourselves: customer data is protected with immutable backup.
